Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of pickup.
• If payment is not received within 6 hours of pickup, your membership will be automatically terminated.

Age and Potty Training Requirements

• We accept children 3 years and older.
• All children must be fully potty trained before attending.

Snacks and Drinks

• Parents are responsible for providing snacks and drinks for their child during their stay.
• Please ensure that all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name.

Allergy Notification

• If your child has any allergies or medical conditions, it is essential to notify our staff before their first visit.
• We are committed to creating a safe environment and will take all necessary precautions.

After your child is registered you will receive a link to your email to create a parent account where you can add your spouse, approved pick-up personnel, see any notes regarding your child, and see your invoice and billing statements.
